A Collection of Storys, Comments and Personal Opinions...
Have you read the book: Merchants of Deception?
It's the heralding story of Eric Scheibeler a former Amway Quixtar IBO emerald. Mr Scheibeler tells a well documented and chilling story of the process by which intelligent people can persist for years in pursuing the Amway (Quixtar) dream, ultimately being bilked of thousands of dollars in what MSNBC Dateline called the "hidden business". This "dirty little secret" makes a few Amway Quixtar kingpins very wealthy selling motivational books, tapes, web sites, CDs and seminars rather than the speculative riches they claim you can earn from Quixtar's cosmetics, soaps and electronics.
Perhaps you have a story you'd like to share? There are certainly lots of people that would like to hear your story, your comments or your opinions. That's what "Let's Get The Word Out" is all about... sharing stories, real life experiences, dissapointments and successes.
Actually, LGTWO is more than just a story sharing blog, it is also a way to help others. To this end, we have launched our "Sponsor a Word" program that allows you to do this in a meaningful way by linking your story to the actual book written by Eric Scheibeler. One story is good, but collectively many hundreds or thousands of storys will make a difference.
In fact the next challenge for Amway and Quixtar will be to bury their bombing story, oops, I spoke too soon... Alticor, Amaway, and Quixtar attempt to erase Google Bombing example from Wikipedia (See versions: Original | Current).
Few things are solved by dropping bombs; here at www.letsgetthewordout.com we prefer to drop houses, so add your story and with a little wizardry we'll drop a house on all this!
Our blog here, is a "story only" blog. To post comments, try our interactive MOD blog.
